A stand-up comedian, writer, and producer who delivers surreal, observational comedy from a perspective that Funny Women have described simply as "hilarious." Her style is anecdotal and offbeat, drawing on a unique point of view that has taken her from the open mic circuit to television and radio writing in a relatively short time. She has appeared on BBC Three's Asian Network Comedy and Comedy Central's Rhod Gilbert's Growing Pains, and was nominated for the Chortle Award for Best Newcomer in 2023, the UK comedy industry's own peer-voted awards.
As a writer, her credits span BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio Wales. On Radio 4 she has written for The Now Show, the BBC's long-running topical comedy flagship, as well as Best Medicine and TL;DR. On Radio Wales she has written for the sitcom Beena and Amrit and the sketch show Welcome Strangers. She has provided tour support for Olga Koch, Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Show nominee, and Sophie Duker, whose credits include Taskmaster, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and The Jonathan Ross Show.
Alongside her performing and writing career, she is the co-host and producer of Party, a trans/non-binary/female comedy night described by LMAOnaise as "the country's finest night" and featured in The Guardian. She is performing at Comedy Freaks in London. Get your comedy tickets now.
