Andrew Santino

American comedian Andrew Santino performing stand-up comedy on a stage in London, holding a microphone and gesturing to the audience.

Andrew James Santino is a highly accomplished American stand-up comedian and actor known for his sharp, satirical, and observational humor. A native of the River North neighborhood in Chicago, he is of half Sicilian and half Irish descent. After graduating from Naperville North High School in 2002, he went on to attend Arizona State University. His career in entertainment has spanned various mediums, including television, film, and podcasts.

Santino has built a notable on-screen career with roles in a number of television series and films, including Sin City Saints, The Disaster Artist, Mixology, and the acclaimed series Beef. On the show I'm Dying Up Here, he was known for his role as Bill Hobbs, a talented but self-sabotaging comedian. He currently stars in the hit comedy series Dave, where he portrays the main character's roommate and manager. His acting credits also include a recurring character on the NBC drama This Is Us, where he played a producer, and he was the star of a YouTube web series called Duncan Rocks. Beyond acting, Santino released his 2017 Showtime special, Home Field Advantage.

He connects with a wide audience through his popular podcasts, hosting the podcast Whiskey Ginger, where he interviews friends in the entertainment industry while sipping whiskey, and co-hosting the popular Bad Friends podcast with fellow comedian Bobby Lee. Santino’s style of comedy, which includes elements of blue comedy and sarcasm, often tackles provocative subjects such as current events, politics, and race relations. His work is a prime example of the kind of cutting-edge entertainment that audiences in London seek out, and his style perfectly embodies the rebellious spirit celebrated at Comedy Freaks, London's wildest comedy club.
