Patrick Monahan is an Irish-Iranian comedian who has won two major television competitions: Take the Mike in 2001 and Show Me the Funny in 2011. Shortly after his win, he performed on The Comedy Annual and, and has also appeared on Let's Dance for Sport Relief and Splash!.

His humour relies heavily on an animated storytelling style and audience interaction, drawing on his unique life experiences, including the occasional racism he encountered growing up in Middlesbrough. A comedy festival regular, Patrick has performed solo shows in major cities across the UK and has even taken his act across the globe to Dubai, Luxembourg, and Germany.
