Lou Sanders is an English stand-up comedian, writer, and actress known for her distinctive wit and live performances. She won the eighth series of Taskmaster and has performed on Live at the Apollo. A regular on panel shows such as QI and Would I Lie to You?, Sanders has also acted in sitcoms including This Way Up and Sick of It.
She was a contestant on Dancing on Ice in 2024 and appears as a sidekick to Mel Giedroyc on the comedy series Mel Giedroyc: Unforgivable. Her live work includes the critically acclaimed show Shame Pig, which was a Comedians' Choice Award winner at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
As a writer, she has contributed to shows like Mock the Week and wrote and starred in her own short film, Elderflower. Sanders also hosts the podcast Cuddle Club, and in 2023, she released her autobiography, What's That Lady Doing?.
